Korean Solar Power Consortium Kenya Limited (KSPC Kenya Limited) is a Nairobi-based renewable energy project developer specializing in behind-the-meter solar photovoltaic and battery energy storage systems. Operating under the Energy-as-a-Service model, KSPC structures, finances, and delivers solar + BESS projects under long-term Take-and-Pay Power Purchase Agreements — enabling customers to access clean energy with no upfront capital investment.
KSPC Kenya Limited is the project Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) — serving as borrower, PPA counterparty, asset owner, and signatory on all project documents. It operates under the umbrella of its parent holding company, KSPC Power Limited, which provides Parent Company Guarantees across all security packages.
KSPC Kenya is licensed under the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA) and maintains Independent Power Producer (IPP) relationships with our Clients.
